When I started practicing drawing crows last year, I experimented on lots of different surfaces with lots of different media. This one is drawn with oil pastels on art paper designed for pastels (so not much of an experiment?). The paper is a speckled warm gray.
This charmer is mostly blue with shades of red, green and white, and a white beak that could be catching the sun. It measures 7.5 inches wide by 6.5 inches high (19 x 16.5 cm).
