Episode 28: Love Letter to Artists and Teachers
Dear Innately Creative Human,
Happy Equinox! The start of fall in the Northern Hemisphere means a new school year for many. I’m returning to the classroom myself, as a part-time teacher in unfamiliar settings.
In a note to self kind of way, today’s podcast episode reminds us how to follow our intuition into uncharted territory — which is what teaching and art-making consist of. And Life, too, if we’re honest.
Enjoy the less-than-half-hour listen. I hope it will inspire and encourage you to take that next step toward whatever feels juicy to your soul right now. 👣
Notes for You
If you’re new to “creative living” or afraid of it, take heart: You don’t need to see the entire roadmap laid out with your destination circled.
No.
Here’s how I’ve seen it work: You simply move in the direction you’re feeling nudged. One step leads to the next. Then when the Universe sees you’re serious about this creative endeavor, it meets you and takes you beyond the limits of your puny little imagination. That’s how you learn to trust the dance. ✨💃🏻
Taking each step alongside you, trembling only slightly,
Pam
P.S. What I’ve been describing as “creative courage coaching” is feeling more accurately, now that we’re underway, like Transitions Coaching. Reach out if you or someone you know might benefit from an experienced guiding hand as they move from the known into uncharted territory: Retirement. A new baby. A career change. A creative adventure. I’ve been living in this imaginative, unpredictable, and heart-opening space for around 15 years, actively taking notes and digesting lessons along the way. 🤓
(I have capacity this fall to work one-on-one with up to two more clients. 💫)
