Are you tired of feeling like you “can’t draw,” convinced that what looks so easy for some people is simply not possible for you? Or maybe you’re out of practice and looking to freshen up your skills. Or you’re new to using colored pencils and curious how to get satisfying results. This class is for you. 🙌🏽
New: Special bring-a-friend rate when you register 2 people at once. Save $15 each!
In this 3-week session, we’ll meet downtown at Portland Art Museum’s Rental Sales Gallery. RSG is a vibrant, comfortable, and welcoming space, positively brimming with inspiring artworks created by your neighbors in Oregon and Washington state.
While drawing local artwork, you’ll sharpen your observation skills and explore the surprising versatility of colored pencils. Let yourself be delighted when you see that you actually can draw what you see — and have fun doing it. Plus, the benefits extend way beyond your sketchbook.
Together we’ll co-create a supportive environment for students of all skill levels and art backgrounds.
